Whatever the size of your business, whether it's a multi-national plc to a small start-up business, there is help and support available to train your employees in the right skills for the future.

NVQs are competence based qualifications, achieved in your workplace by your employees performing skills to a nationally defined consistent standard. They are awarded to people who have proved their skill, knowledge and understanding in all aspects of their job role. NVQs are suitable for all people at all levels and particiapting in NVQ programmes of learning provides you with a strucured programme of staff development.

If you are a forward thinking employer and want to take advantage of the funding avaialble to help increase the power of your workforce, then we will be delighted to help support you.

Train to Gain is a government funded initiative helping you to access the training you need. Our business advisors will provide impartial information, advice and guidance about your training needs and will complete a Training Needs Analysis specific to your organisation. As well as providing an NVQ to suit your employees job role, you are also provided with 20 hours of free training from our range of short courses. Bespoke courses are available where numbers are viable.

NVQs are available for any employee over the age of 24 years in your workplace. Under the age of 24 years employees are required to complete an NVQ as part of a full apprenticeship programme, details of which can be found under our Apprenticeship section. Funding is available for employees who meet funding eligibility criteria.
